Room For Rent In Inner North Brisbane

I'm looking for a housemate to move in to my place in early April. I have 2 dogs and the most important thing for me is that I get someone who loves dogs as much as me (they are inside dogs) and has had experience with dogs in the past. Unfortunately I can't have anyone that has pets of their own so I know it's a stretch posting on here as majority (if not everyone) will have their own dog :) but I thought I should try!

A little about the house and room - The house is a Queenslander with a deck at the front. It is located on a quiet street with a nice outlook. The room comes unfurnished however it easily fits a queen size bed with room for a bedside table, etc. It also has large built in wardrobes with extra storage at the top. Wireless internet and electricity are included in the $200 a week rent.
