kja
Anyone know? Northern suburbs preferred. Or do most butchers have them?
gone
if you phone butchers ahead of going to their shop they usually are pretty accommodating with what they can do and put special requests aside for you

bedazzledx2
A bit far but the Midland Gate butcher (outside Coles) has knuckle bones. Also other good stuff like chicken feet and pigs ears and trotters but you have to ask as they are often stored in the cool room.
spikey
The butcher at Centro Warwick usually has the big marrow bones, and they will cut them into smaller pieces if you ask. They're a bit on the expensive side though, $5.50 each!!! Woolworths over at Stirling Central used to have them as well, also not cheap as they were priced by the kilo, and bones aren't the lightest of things by any stretch of the imagination! bedazzledx2
What size dog are you feeding? Personally I don't like knuckle bones for larger dogs as I worry about blockages etc. Mine are used to eating the whole bone and will guts down anything. Fine for the little guys though.
