But I can understand if there is someone behind the scenes having to worry about fakes etc. Thanks for the response and luckily I'm pretty tough skinned and will be reporting the Ahole tomorrow Sorry, Troy is not an Ahole, I'm not reporting him!! Only the aforementioned ex-employer that was the whole reason I was seeking some advice about, and will not ever be mentioned again, not that I meant to!
