luvsdogs
My almost 7.5 month old male Japanese Spitz is starting to mark his territory. He has lifted his leg for a few months now but in the last week or so is doing it with a purpose. I haven't had a male dog since 1993 who was mostly an outside dog & didn't attempt to mark when inside. How do I go about teaching this little he man that it's not allowed inside? espinay2
Supervise. If he goes to do it, correct him. Just as with a pup vigilance is the key.House access (particularly 'access all areas') is something that is earned, not a right.
