donski
I'm trying to locate a doggy massage course that I can do? I don't want to work in it, just learn the basic techniques for my own (and of course my dogs) enjoyment. Does anyone know of anything remotely like that? No more than an hours drive from Woodend hopefully
Pretty Miss Emma
They offer one here - it's not cheap though! I think one of my friends did this, also just for her own interest and found it useful.

Tweety
A lady who adopted one of rescue dogs actually does this for a living and has written a book which she gave me. It's called 'Canine Massage in Plain English' by Natalie Winter, in case you are interested. The photos are step by step and very easy to follow. Just a thought... :) Her website = www.caninebodyworks.com Edited February 12, 2012 by Tweety

pirate
I did a course on canine myotherapy with this nctm and it is a very good course. The other one is an accupressure course that is internet based http://www.animalacupressure.com/ http://www.nctm.com.au/ http://www.equinology.com/info/aboutus.asp
colliehound
Don't waste your money on NCTM course
donski
Although I'm sure the NTCM courses are great, they probably are more suited to professionals in the industry. I'm just really doing it out of personal interest. I'd be OK to spend $100-200 but not thousands. I might suggest my local neighbourhood house run a course.
