CavsRcute
My Cavalier has just eaten approx. 40 gms of sunflower and sesame seeds. Just wondering if anybody has had an experince like this with their dog. ****I have rung the vet and they said she should be fine but may end up with diarroea. If she becomes lethargic, I'm to take her up*** Edited January 27, 2012 by CavsRcute
Kajtek
Not toxic. My lot stole a bag of sesame seeds last year. They ate quite a lot and scattered the remainder on the kitchen floor, on their beds, everywhere! The dogs were fine, I wasn't
CavsRcute
Thanks HonBun. She had them in her VERY long ears, sticking to her chin and caught up under her top gum I thought at the age of 8 1/2 she wouldn't bother with this nonsense. I forgot she was a Cavalier who lurves her food :) I will stay home to watch her today. It's the last day of my holidays and I was going out to lunch but don't think I'd be able to enjoy it
