Monah
OK, been let down quite badly by a person who was housesitting for a few days for me as a trial..so am now after a person who is very responsible, dog loving of course.. and available for this time period. I have a couple of options..kennels etc. of which I am not keen on doing re stress on dogs.. so just putting it out there..in case. ;) I can pm my phone number if anyone has any ideas. xxx

sheena
We got our housesitters through Ausie Housesitters We had a lot to choose from & have been very happy with all of them. We now just have one couple who keep coming back each time & the dogs just adore them. They have a 5 hour drive to get here & we book them up in advance with plenty of notice. Of course you have to make your home welcoming for them as well, as it is a two sided agreement. They come to your place for a free holiday & in return look after your dogs & house as if they were their own for free.
