Eastern Suburbs Dog Training

Recommended Posts

I am thinking of enrolling Gus into a Club near my area....

I was wondering if anyone could recomend any or if anyone is a member of ESDT and could let me know how they are finding the classes.

Do you mean the dogs vic club or the training school with a similar name?

Along way from Mitcham Melbourne-note to self-check location before you reply.

Having said that our friends in Sydney trained there and were pleased with the training they got. they wanted a polite pet that comes, doesn't jump, etc and were pleased with the result.

I took my dog for a year. It was good, I'd recommend it.

Be prepared for very large classes, but the instructors are lovely & it's a great place to start with obedience.

Everyone new starts in the beginners course, it's a requirement, but only lasts 5 weeks til you progress.

I have a friend who does agility there & he loves it.

We no longer go because I have too much on my plate & I didn't have a desire to pursue obedience as an interest.

Thanks.....dont know about the large classes, I will see how I find them, I find the joining fee a very reasonable price and the classes very well priced :)

I have heard they dont really use "purely positive" training which is why im trying them out in the first place.... thanks for your feed back :)
