Selling Photos Online And Offline

Ive been looking around at places to sell photos online, I have never sold a photo and the only place I've ever had them is Redbubble and Deviant Art.

Was hoping some of you would have had experience in selling your photos, where you did it. What websites if it was online, or where offline?

http://www.redbubble.com/people/lovemesideways photos can be seen there. Most of them aren't really good enough to sell in my opinion, but its something I would like to look into.

try SMUGMUG. I am very disappointed with postage hikes on redbubble ..and am now moving photos over to smugmug .

i probably won't sell anything there, either , but there is heaps more choice of product, and a diffeent price/profit scale. ..AND they are extremely helpful and prompt in replies etc

You could always add something like Photocart to your own web site.

I've been on redubble for years and sold a reasonable amount, but I have made the most amount of money on Fine Art America. People seem to buy big on that site instead of just buying cards.

You're probably best with a community type site with intents to sell rather than 'present' rather than something like smugmug, because if you're unknown and don't have anything that amazing, you'll get the benefit of random visitors.

There isn't any really amazing site out there, redbubble, imagekind, fine art america and then you have smugmug, zenfolio etc...don't expect to make much.
