KumaAkita
I'm considering selling my Panasonic G10 micro four-thirds camera. Are there specific websites that specialise in selling camera gear or is eBay the best avenue? Edited January 2, 2012 by KumaAkita
helen
Not sure, but is it with a lens and how much do you want?
Mrs Rusty Bucket
Probably any of the photography specific forums would have a section for market place - like there is here for dog related stuff. And there are some photography clubs that might be able to help too. http://www.photoforum.com.au/ And do an internet search of the make and model of your gear to get an idea of price new and second hand. I usually think second hand stuff should be about 50% the price of new - because you don't have the warranty or shop back up or any of that. But depending who is selling it, and how old it is, people might be willing to pay more. Like 1 year old cars are not 50% off.

KumaAkita
Thanks All Helen - it's a Panasonic Lumix DMC-G10with the kit lens (14-42mm. Thinking about $250/$300 for it. Mrs RB - thanks for the linky. I'll have a hunt around. Persephone - Just picking the minds of some very experienced DOLers here, their collective wisdom can save hours of futile internet research. You are very right! Many DOLers are also keen photographers , and that's why I suggested you try to sell it on here
