Who Makes The Final Decision On Prefixes?

Could it be possible that the prefix was rejected because you breed cats under it? Do they allow breeding of different species (cats and dogs) under the one prefix?

No apparently thats not the reason though still none given to me other than ANKC would have a good reason not to allow it :-)

DogsNSW when I rang said they didnt make the decision.

I didnt put 10 choices on my application either I only put 3 and all of them were cattery prefixes I had/have (I wanted 3 different ones as I had different breeds at the time)

I will put in the appeal letter and see what comes of it anyway, will be interesting to see the reply.

I was unable to find the prefix on Sways list so just googled it and it took quite a few pages of hunting till I found something even remotely similar. Oh and also searched under the FCI.
