As promised in my first post...it's name & shame time for all us DOL's that are trying to get fit ;) Myself....well...I have had far too many Christmas Parties & as a result have not lost any more weight...but havn't gained any either. Another party tonight, then that's it till the "big one" next weekend (Christmas). I am still doing my walk & am now taking both dogs who are attached to my walkie belt. If they want to go off & sniff, I just keep going & they now know to keep up. :thumbsup: How's the rest of you going ???????

Another week and no change on the scales. Was away for 3 days to do chrissy shopping and thought with lots of walking and carrying combined with no snacking there should have been some movement. :mad

Must be muscle ;)
