Staffyluv
I had a great place in Goonellabah when I was up there (and had the old staffy with me). I went through Mark Harley are Ray White in Lismore - give them a call and see if they have anything. I also had a place (but not so dog friendly) when I first got there through Century 21 in Ballina. They allowed pets but the place did not have a very good yard.. Thanks staffyluv, Have called most realestate agents in the area. They said having a dog makes finding a rental hard! I'm sure we will find something, Will give Ray White a call. I posted here hoping doggie people will understand my rental searching pain and maybe have 'CONNECTIONS'...hahaha
Staffyluv
A lot of the older houses will allow dogs if you ask or pay a bit extra in bond (they are not supposed to ask for pet bonds but I offered and found it easier to get a place with it).. Tralee
Hi ellazpupz. Well good news for you. I've just been through the hoops looking for a place here. I wasn't impressed with Mark Harley and you can tell him too. What you need to do is do a web search. Use the sites that have a pets allowed function to eliminate those that are "ignorant" The good news is one dog will not be a big problem here. I have four dogs with puppies on the way, and we live across the road from Lismore Base Hospital in an Art Deco house with almost an acre of yard. Go figure. There were many places recently that listed as pets neg, pets ok or fenced yard. I don't know where you are but it is a legal requirement to view a property before making an application. Who knows, you might even get one of the rural properties. Good Luck Px
ellazpupz
funny you say that... I called him the other day... he was so so uninterested and gave no real information! crappy service that's for sure... grrr I wasn't impressed either. We live in the area, but are away on holidays (bad timing to be away, but couldnt be changed!) thought we could try to avoid the realestate agents... they are such liars (had bad experience with a house that was badly mould affected, agent was dodge...long story!!!) Thanks for your Reply Tralee... Rural would be nice

Thanks for your Reply Tralee... Rural would be nice It won't matter you being away, they don't do much over Christmas, I don't suppose Casino is on your radar. If you get desperate that is. My old place - 4 bed, nice house, bad street. $250 pw Px
