Keira&Phoenix
Hey guys just a quick questions. Does anyone know if Bully Sticks will get through customs? Or will they be stopped? I really doubt Bully Sticks (or any other treats) would make it through customs.... RS Why did you edit? Panto
My order just arrived!! It was dispatched on 26Nov, and got here today, so 2 wks in the mail! Mine was sent on the 23rd so hopefully it's not too far away!! I had it delivered to Sydney CBD (no 'bulky' items) - so surely yours can't be that far off! My last order took 3 weeks. Alas I can't take it home with me because I have dinner after work, perhaps I'll come and pick it up over the wknd :D
melinda10786
My order from the 23rd arrived yesterday (the one shipped on the 29th arrived the day before), it was an early Christmas treat for the dogs last night getting to watch me open the box, play with the toys and sort them.. Then place them back into the box and under the Christmas tree :D I did give them two toys to play with though, I wasn't too mean.
Tassie
Oh noes, since I found out I can order bedding my order has jumped to nearly $200! Yup - mine got a bit pricey as I bought some stuff for the car! http://www.cleanrun.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=product.display&product_id=2817&ParentCat=320&string=PacSac%20Reversible%20Travel%20Dog%20Bed these beds were too good to miss. So cheap and a great size for the C crate, back of the car or in the house!! SO much cheaper than buying any other bed here! And this seemed sooo practical for the back of the car! http://www.cleanrun.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=product.display&product_id=2820&ParentCat=528&string=travel%20cargo Not enabling or anything ;) but those PacSac travel beds are great - I got a couple when they were on free shipping a while ago, but hav ordered another one - they'r big and comfy - have a cool side and a warm side

The Spotted Devil
I did like the look of those beds but, alas, my Em is a grot She's either wet or wet AND muddy so it's easier to use op shop blankets and old sheets that I can wash regularly. RubyStar
I ordered shampoo, that will be ok with customs won't it ??? Hope so cos I ordered some, too! And unless it's laced with drugs, I'm pretty sure it's AQIS we have to worry about, not Customs! Edited December 9, 2011 by RubyStar
mirawee
RS, you are being picky :p AQIS is part of Customs. And it is Customs who are the ones who deal with goods that arrive by the post as far as I am aware LOL http://www.customs.gov.au/ I haven't placed an order yet There is stuff I want, but not desperately, and I don't know how big my vet bill will be from my horror fortnight so I don't want to spend money if I can avoid it

And it is Customs who are the ones who deal with goods that arrive by the post as far as I am aware LOL http://www.customs.gov.au/ Looks like both do it. http://www.daff.gov..../mail/cant-mail http://www.customs.g...ternationalMail AQIS I guess is more concerned about importing prohibited goods that can introduce diseases and pests (so they'd be concerned about food items from Clean Run and likely confiscate them, though I think shampoo is ok), while customs is more concerned about applicable taxes and prohibited/illegal items. Happy to be proved wrong, was just trying to look up the differences myself to educate myself so could have the wrong end of the stick Edit: Not necessarily sure that AQIS is part of Customs, though. AQIS is part of DAFF. More like two agencies that work together/complement each other to protect Australia. From the AQIS site: What’s the difference between Customs and Quarantine? AQIS is Australia’s first line of defence, reducing the risk to our agriculture industries and environment against exotic pests and diseases. The Australian Customs Service intercepts illegal goods such as drugs and weapons. AQIS and Customs work together at airports, seaports and mail centres to detect the unlawful movement of goods into Australia. Ptolomy
Wow my Clean Run order arrived today and its 11.50pm and I have just opened it and we have a squeak fest happening. We chose a toy for each of the kids and they went wild. Hmmmm I don't have the heart to tell them its bed time now. RV I ordered the stick in the ground weavers and I am happy with them. Maybe the pointee end could have been a bit longer - but for how much they were - they are good value. Edited December 10, 2011 by Ptolomy

Ptolomy
Its funny, while the other kids are swapping toys, Cider has not strayed from the small i-squeak ball - they are her all time favourites. Hmm maybe I need to buy some more............Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo
RubyStar
I bought 4 medium isqueaks and 3 smalls (though 1 is for Pippa). Don't worry RosieFT, I did actually order 5 so your two are in there, I just meant I ordered 3 amongst my kids and Pippa. They love their mediums! Ptolomy
I think I should get a commission on i-squeaks as I feel I am responsible for lots of them being in Oz LOL

Guest
All hail the iSqueak! I've never seen Rumor light up as much as when I whip the iSqueak out. I can't wait for my next order to arrive.. I got one of each size.. I want to hear the difference in squeaks! *spelling Edited December 9, 2011 by Guest
