Allerzeit
Hi everyone Just wondering if any Tassie people are going to the Huonville show on the 12th? We will be there with Nova, just for a fun day to give her some socialisation and ring experience while she is still a baby. Anyone interested in catching up for Rotty puppy cuddles? We've only been to a handful of shows since we moved down here, so we are still very much finding our feet and don't know many people yet. We would love to meet some more people and their dogs Edited cause apparently I can't spell "Who's" properly  Edited November 3, 2011 by Allerzeit
rajacadoo
ME, ME, ME, ME ... Are you coming both days ??? You are more than welcome to bunk in with us, if you like ??? We will have our ACD babies with us, so I will swap a 'eeler cuddle for a Wottie cuddle ETA The Basenji's will be there too, of course... Allerzeit
Just the Saturday for us, just so that Nova can get a play in baby puppy class before she gets too old It's a 2 hour drive down for us, so one day over the weekend with a puppy who is still getting carsick will do, I think! Would love to bunk with you - I don't think we will be able to fit our gazebo, so that would be great. I will bring chocolate muffins :D Be careful, I might try and swap a cute baby heeler for a naughty baby rotty :p
Tassie
Not for us - Kirra has a prior engagement - our club has a double-double agility trial at Ellendale that weekend :D . Since she'll be 10 in Fenruary - but is still really enjoying her agility and still doing some really nice work, I need to make her agility trials a priority. We'll miss seeing you guys - and the baby puppy cuddles. Have fun.
Shaar
Awwww baby Rotti cuddles! I have Westbury this weekend then a nice big break till the Christmas Show... Unless I can bothered driving 3 hours to Stanley, haha geez that sounds bad after reading about mainlanders driving up to 8 hours to get to a show

Mmmm yes a carsick puppy over a double show weekend, with a 2 hr drive, times 2 is.........................................................YUK ;) ... Chocolate muffins will go down very well ... Will put my thinking cap on about what we will bring too... Must be something sweet though, wont it !!! Having 4 ACD babies, (they will be 9 1/2 weeks old), are enough to cope with, so no swapping...................................................EXCEPT if you take all 4, and I just get Nova... Yeah that sounds a greateat idea ;) ...
rajacadoo
Tassie, Ive told you before you must make showing the little big man a priority over Kirra's Agility ;) ... Only joshing !!!
rajacadoo
Shaar, I think we all do enough driving getting between L'ton and Hobart, and all the others up north, but yep compared to some of the huge amounts of driving some do, ours is just a little day trip ... We lived in the NT many years ago, and that is really long driving to get to the shows. We lived in Tennant Creek, so getting to the Alice, or Darwin was definately a 'packed lunch' trip ;) ;) ;) ... Hey, off topic, but can you tell me if Eastern Shore training shuts down over Christmas, and when it starts back again? We have to get back to our obedience routine ow that the litter is done. I need to get Radar into the advanced classes so that I can then put Nova in puppy/beginner classes Awwww baby Rotti cuddles! Unless I can bothered driving 3 hours to Stanley, haha geez that sounds bad after reading about mainlanders driving up to 8 hours to get to a show Hey, don't worry - this ex-mainlander never used to drive more than 2 - 3 hours to a show on the mainland (unless it was a speciality)! That's why we haven't made it to any northern Tas shows yet Having 4 ACD babies, (they will be 9 1/2 weeks old), are enough to cope with, so no swapping...................................................EXCEPT if you take all 4, and I just get Nova... Yeah that sounds a greateat idea ;) ... Now, I don't think that's a really fair swap :p But, if I can throw in Neo you might have a deal!

I think they are breaking up over Christmas - I think their end of term testing is on Sunday 27 (I'll be up in Lonnie for agility/obedience trials but not sure if they have any training weekends in December. Then they normally start up again early February, when schools go back. The club has a website now ESDC - had a quick look and couldn't see calendar - but contact email and phone number are there.
