Daisys Mum
What is the rent? Our yearly renewal is up in Jan but if I find something in the meantime depending on the price we will look at moving

Daisy
You wouldn't happen to know of any jobs going? If so I'll be there asap! I have experience in hospitality, retail and graphic arts/printing.
Daisy
Is there a limit on the number of dogs you can have there?
Guest Arcane
Ridgehaven is in the Tea Tree Gully council which has a 2 dog limit for a residence like that.

Guest Arcane
pretty much every metropolitan council in SA has a 2 dog limit. Some regional councils have higher limits and a couple actually have 'breeder areas' in domestic animal zones and the like. I have several grooming clients in the Tea Tree Gully council district that have been given exemption/extensions to the limit. You would have to contact them directly and state your case..you never know!
Christina
I think Port Adelaide/Enfield still have a 5 dog permit with permission. Many other will allow an extra dog or 2 if you ask. I know of at least 2 other metro areas that have allowed 3 & 4. Neighbours not objecting seems to be the big thing.
Daisys Mum
Sorry it's a bit more than I wanted to spend..... I used to live in Ridgehaven , it's a lovely area. I am under the Salisbury council and we have a 2 dog limit...
Daisy
I would like to move to Adelaide at some stage but the dog limit is a big issue. I may just have to wait a few years until my dog numbers reduce (sad thought but my oldest boy is 9 )

Cheers for that ... we have dogs and cats so i can relate to how devastated i would be if i had to move somewhere and not be able to take my pets i thought i would put it out there just in case anyone's looking
Simply Grand
I so hope you find good tenants! In my experience, as a landlord, a pet owning tenant and a property manager, people who are open about having pets and are willing to take responsibility for any damage done can make great tenants. Best of luck
minyvlz
That is really cheap compared to what I have now i wish I lived in SA!
