lovemymutts Posted October 18, 2011 Share Posted October 18, 2011 (edited) Posted in the events section but just wanted to share here too The Lions Hearing Dogs annual Open Day will be held on Sunday the 23rd of October from 10am to 2pm. See how the dogs are trained to help the hearing impaired in their homes and go for a tour of their kennels. There will also be stalls, raffles and a free sausage sizzle. All welcome but there's no pet dogs allowed. They are located: Mt Barker Road, Verdun, South Australia (just up from Hahndorf Motors) If you're coming along the Freeway from Adelaide take the Hahndorf exit, turn left at the roundabout & they are on the right hand side just before the other roundabout.
