dancinbcs
I am amazed at how slow registrations are in other states. In NSW you can pay for express service if you go into the office and have your papers in an hour. If you register them online and pay express, they express post them the next day. I am picking up a new puppy tomorrow who will be 8 weeks old and the breeder is registering them online tonight. They are a small breed so were only microchipped today and she waited for the two show homes to choose show names. We will have our papers next week. Fit for a King
and you need to be a member of your state canine association to show your dog.....if you aren't already...... In Qld you cannot enter a baby without a rego number..... In Qld no 'turbo' registrations available....sigh......

Tilly
My boys is almost 2.5 yrs old. I got his papers from the breeder after chasing them up numerous times but when we sent them in to Dogs Vic for processing ... the papers were apparently never received. Should have sent them registered post and now I am kicking myself ... Contact Dogs Vic before my boy was 12 months and they were going to look into it and get back to me - they never did, emailed them and they were going to look into it but again never got back to me ... and then recently I emailed them again and now they told me we have to go back to the breeder, get them to obtain another copy of the papers and then send them to us for the the change of owner details and then sent them back in to Dogs Vic for processing. I have a scanned copy of the papers with all signatures - but that is just not sufficient

Sayreovi
Are you allowed to enter Baby puppies with registration numbers pending? I have, and I've seen a few in catalogues that say Prefix "Registration Pending", I am in Victoria though so unsure as too whether WA allows it or not.
