Baileys mum
I just opened up a puppy enquiry email, & the only thing that was written was.... "How do I Get on your waiting list?" That was all that written, did not tell me their name or where they are from, no background about themselves or why they would like an Aussie terrier. Just the one line. Should I email them back & tell them to give me a call or should I just delete? Edited September 21, 2011 by Baileys mum
Miranda
I reply to all puppy enquiries, just email them and ask for more details or ask them to call you if that suits you better.
Baileys mum
I reply to all puppy enquiries, just email them and ask for more details or ask them to call you if that suits you better. Yep I think I'll just reply & tell me to give me a call, rather than wasting my time writing a long reply. If their serious they will call me. Fordogs
Same for me especially when they give no info, quite often I have no response from them after that suggestion.

Fit for a King
I have an email template I send to anyone who contacts me. It asks a series of questions and also xclealry outlines my expectations and limitations - eg Limited vs main register etc etc. If they respond we continue to talk, if they don't no harm done..... becks
I'm afraid I have a rule and never reply to emails that provide no name, past experience shows they tend to just be tyre kickers.
sandgrubber
I try to invest no more in the answer than the sender invested in the question. I'd reply to this one with something like "call for more info" or "not unless you tell me more about yourself and what you want in a dog".
