sausy.dog Posted September 18, 2011 Share Posted September 18, 2011 I cannot believe I am writing this post. We lost our gorgeous dach Elly over the weekend taken too soon in tragic circumstances. She was the reason I found this board and although I don't post often I have found it a fun place to come and read and see what's happening. So we are a family of five in mourning. This is why DOL is so good - you are surrounded here by fellow dog lovers who understand the pain you feel at losing a furry family member. You are not alone. Many of us have gone through what you are now going through, and while it seems like it can never get better, over the next few weeks you will have good days and bad, but eventually you will think of Elly without the intense pain you feel right now.
