I need recommendations for EXCELLENT vet clinics in Victoria who are experienced in treating rarer problems than your everyday run of the mill vet would see. A friend has a cat who has seen many "local" vets but no vet can pin point what is going on with her and has suggested euthanasia. Thank you!
