Elise+Hudson
Hey guys, I have just recently started scrapbooking as a way to keep photos and records for my new pup. :D I was wondering if anyone else here has done any scrapbooking of their dogs? And if you have pics I would LOVE to see!

Bluefairy
I used to do scrapbooking and have done some albums. I haven't done any in ages, and I gave all my scrapbooking stuff, about 20kg of it to my daughter in law who is just starting out with it. I always meant to do an album for my dogs and cats that have passed on, and now of course I have Archie I could do as well.... I mostly just do handmade cards for Christmas, birthdays and anniversaries. Here are a couple of pictures of what I have done ages ago. This is one of the calendars I made for all the kids: A memorial to OH's closest friend: A memorial to my baby sister: A Family album: OH and me: I guess I did more than I realised as I have heaps more Lynn Edited September 30, 2011 by Bluefairy

DaisyDog
I just scrapbook my puppy pics into my 'Life' album, but could easily do her own album...
Lily123
I often do a mini album (6 x 6) of their first year and then individual layouts go in our family albums. I'm having great difficulties with our newest pup - he's black and it's so hard to get a good photo of him (and not just a black blob).
Bluefairy
I often do a mini album (6 x 6) of their first year and then individual layouts go in our family albums. I'm having great difficulties with our newest pup - he's black and it's so hard to get a good photo of him (and not just a black blob). Take a photo outside in natural light, this picks up more of a black dogs colour than artificial light. Also give him something to occupy him, like a bone or toy, then take lots of photo's, there is bound to be one really good one. Archie is hard to photograph too, he wobbles and trips over a lot, plus when he wags his tail half his body moves too Good Luck Lynn
Lily123
They're good tips Lynn, thanks. I have sooo many photos of fuzzy black blobs it's not funny. Archie looks like a gorgeous little guy.
