In a time when there is increasing scrutiny of our treatment of farmed animals and a huge interest in both animal sentience and cognition, this program offers many perspectives on the parallel lives we lead with our fellow creatures.You'll hear from artists, musicians, animal rights campaigners, the meat industry, Aboriginal people talking about their kinship with other creatures, anthropologists discussing ideas around our entwined social and ecological justice, bird trainer Josh Cook with Mango the macaw and an assortment of people and animals encountered in the park.
