ezzag77 Posted August 14, 2011 Share Posted August 14, 2011 Our puppy is now 11 weeks old and in that last week I have noticed his poo's are not as firm as they were before. much more sloppier than before. he has not changed his food... he is happy and healthy. He has yoghurt each morning on his breakfast and I did change to a natural yogurt. Before that for a few weeks, since we got him, we had been just using our yougurt we eat. Other thing is we have incresed his amounts we are feeding him. Any ideas as to what could be making this happen ?????? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Been so long since we had a puppyIi forgot and just went with what breeder said. Now you said that, i faintly do recall that advice......... best4koda Posted August 15, 2011 Share Posted August 15, 2011 What else are you feeding as well? kibble, meat, treats etc. Could be just the worming issue but our GSD started to have allergy reactions to food from about this age. Initally removing all commercial treats calmed it down but she got worse when older. We finally found a kibble she could eat and she reacts to fat and lamb. But all good now. Mason_Gibbs Posted August 15, 2011 Share Posted August 15, 2011 I was also going to say it could be the start of food allergies, I would first of all look for one with no grains ( no idea which puppy food is grain free).
