Mason_Gibbs
My dog has had a dodgy stomach since having antibiotics about 10 days ago. It will be fine for a day, then one stool will be soft with like a mucous in it. Then a few days will go by and all will be fine again. I waa wondering if he can have some inner health plus and how many per day ( humans take 1 only). ETA i thought about worming him as he hasnt been wormed for awhile ( and we had a friends dog stay here for 2,5 weeks) but I dont want to worm him if it will make it worse. Seeing derm today and will ask her opinion as she knows him well. Edited August 5, 2011 by Mason2009
Guest Ams
Yes it can. I use it a lot with the rescues who have upset tummies after antibiotics or giardia. I've found just one usually fixes it.

Lab_Rat
Ive used it with Zola Mas, but also discovered a product called PAW Probiotic, which is really great! I keep a jar in the frij for when Zola gets an upset tummy (which used to be more often than not!) You can also get sachets of probiotics, hmmm, cant remember what its called though! Hope your boy is better soon

jakeyjangels
I have read that Natural yoghurt added to a normal meal is supposed to help upset tummies.
Red Fox
It's fine. I use the IHP dairy free powder, around half a teaspoon once per day, sprinkled over a meal.
