Atanquin
Okay I took zorro to the beach and he had so much fun in the sand ! He was digging and biting at it I'm worried he has eaten some as he had ALOT of sand in his mouth!! I was worried about it being stuck in his gut I give my horse psyllium husk because of the sand would it be okay for dogs?
Red Fox
Psyllium husk is fine for dogs. Just soak it in a bit of warm water until it forms a 'gel' then mix with food.
Kiara&Heidi
I have tried it before for my dog and she was fine
persephone
only a teaspoon or so though!!!
poppop
Totally fine - my 30kg dog gets 1/4 teaspoon of this at each meal (so twice a day) as she used to scoot alot and have anal gland stinkiness, and it's hardly ever present since she has been on the psyllium husk. bedazzledx2
Chia seeds ( from health shop) are apparently good for this also. I add some to my dogs meals a couple of times a week.
