Teebs
I couldnt do it, both my dogs are to be PTS if anything happens to me - The cats, if mum and dad couldnt take them and Sumos breeder couldnt take him back, they would also be PTS I rather that then have them end up in the wrong home
Guest Ams
My friends have all taken dibs on which animals they want to "inherit". I've just got to be careful they don't shove me off a bridge to get the dogs they want.
persephone
My animals will be PTS if/when I can no longer care for/have them.
B-Q
If something happened to me my family would take my dogs. I have told them I would expect them to keep Buster for life but Quinn could be rehomed with an active/sport family if they find that easier. wayrod
Hi Guys, just wondering if something happened to me is there a retirement village I could pay to keep my dogs in a happy life? Do they only look after old dogs? Yep. The Casanova Kennels in Coldstream offer such a service. It started off as promises to some of their special customers but ended up quite popular. They are not 'kenneled' as such, but have lots of room to run, get lots of love in idyllic surrounds. I haven't spoken to Terry or Angela for a couple of years, but last I heard they were still doing it. Lovely people. I'm sure a google will find them. Edited to add... HERE YOU GO! Sorry to say that Terry and Angela sold Casanova last year.
