Aztec Gold
Hi guys, I can't find information anywhere about what age is safe for a puppy to start taking Sentinel Spectrum. Anyone have any ideas? Thank you!
raffikki
Just found this Precautions Sentinel Spectrum provides a wide margin of safety in dogs when used according to label directions. Milbemycin oxime combined with lufenuron has been tested in over 75 different breeds of dogs, including pregnant females, breeding males and females, and puppies from 2 weeks of age. Satisfactory margins of safety have been demonstrated for both milbemycin oxime and praziquantel when administered during all reproductive phases. from here ETA this Puppies. Treatment should start at 2 weeks of age. The minimum treatment recommended is at 2, 4, 8 and 12 weeks. Growing puppies may gain sufficient weight during the course of treatment to require an increased dose of Sentinel Spectrum.
