Susan Garrett Method Of Teaching Heeling

Ok So I am going to get a book of course, but can someone tell me how I can reteach my dog to heel well using Susan Garrett methods. Does she use drive training? I am just trying to get my head around all this, as it is not something I am overly familiar with! Does clicker training come into this anywhere?

I know this is a bit late, but from vids ive seen i believe she builds a massive amount of reinforcement for what she calls the "reinforcement zone" or heel position. the dog gets rewarded for getting into this position, and because there is a rich background of reward for that, the dog WANTS to be in that position!
