Lici Posted June 23, 2011 Share Posted June 23, 2011 Hi ive been trying to find out if juniors need to members of the vca to handle if there parents are, I know when i was growing up you didnt have to be but want to double check if it has changed . No i rang vic dogs today they said you do, quite funny realy i asked what could be used and she said bank account or maybe birth certificate but neither would have a address on it anyway even if she had one I think its to do with the recent changes .
