laeral
I don't have have much knowledge about bark collars only e-collars, but I am assuming that this collar works similarly to an e-collar? If this is the case, is it possible the collar is activating but the stim not reaching the dog? Are the probes making proper contact with the dogs skin? Sometimes hair can get in the way and the collar may be working properly just that the probes aren't in the correct position.
Erny
Where is the stim 'box' sitting - under the chin at the dog's throat? Also, do you have it on firm enough that the two contact points are making contact with the dog's skin? What model Dogtra bark collar do you have?
