What To Do Next?

I ordered some grooming stuff from this website Eqitopia about 3 or 4 weeks ago. Have not received anything yet. They havent replied to my emails and it appears the phone number is disconnected or wrong. I payed through paypal. Im not sure what I should do next?

you could try contacting paypal - they can sometimes sort that stuff out - thats the good thing about paypal

correct me if im wrong though - but I assumed you could contact paypal and they could refund you the money.

contact paypal - let them know you've contacted and emailed the site - you will get your money back.

Personally, I wouldn't be trusting any business that offers something like that.

Anyways..

If they're located in Australia (and haven't indicated that the product has to be shipped from overseas), a month does seem a bit long to wait. I'd leave it another two weeks (just to be sure it isn't going to turn up- I've ordered stuff from VetNPet and it took almost 5 weeks to arrive) and if they haven't emailed you back or sent the items, then go ahead and contact PayPal about it.
