Erny
As the test is only for allergy to 6 foods & only 1 is meat is it not as easy to just not give your dog any of these 6 foods, which are not essential to the diet anyway, for 2 weeks to see if they improve. Then if they do introduce one of the suspect foods at the rate of one a week if you feel they must have it, to see if there is a reaction. I've fed my boy some foods for 7 months before he has reactions. Other times I might only feed once or twice, and then there are reactions. Mandela has been so up, down and inside out that there are times I'm not sure if it is merely a coincidence that he is reacting or whether it really is the food. So in my instance I will find it helpful to have something that verifies what I think might affect him and what might not. I wish it were so easy as a black and white "once a week" and back for two.
