Rysup
I am possibly getting a puppy from a litter sired by one of my boys. Only trouble is it must be a boy, as there were only boys in the litter. So I am at my full quota of boys, as usually I will only run 1 boy per group here. But I am really very very tempted to take one, and try to integrate this new boy in with his father. Dad & grandma currently run together, and I would like to add in this new baby. What would be the best way to introduce him? Should I separate him when I cannot be there to supervise? I am rarely at work for more than about 4 hours each day. If it was a bitch, I would have no drama. Keeshonds are pretty easy dogs, but dad does fence fight with his own father, so they are always at least 2 fences apart (due to breaking teeth on the fence!) If it's not going to work, I CAN make puppy his own run, but at the moment that's the day run for the old man of the house. What to do, what to do................
