huga
Lucky you! Are you bouncing the flash off the ceiling? You can also try bouncing it behind you. Also, try focusing on the dogs eyes when you take your photos. Have fun
Luke W
Nice start! You can do some really nice stuff with that lens and flash. I've got them too. I do a lot of ceiling bounce flash stuff. Have fun!
MrRedDog
Thanks for the reply's people. Huga - I was trying to bounce the flash, but I'm not sure what angle to use I'll have to do a test with them all. I am not quick enough to focus on my 2 little fur-kids Thanks for your help. The only reason I get decent photos of Barkly is because he has a good "stay"
persephone
practice ,practice, practice , and definitely focus on EYES You have gorgeous subjects ... who look as if they are happy to sit & be looked at thru adoring eyes ... so encourage them to 'stay '.. and then play with focus . ;)
