Alyosha Posted May 5, 2011 Share Posted May 5, 2011 Hey All, I'm wanting to put some roof racks and maybe a basket on my trailer, but am hoping to check out how some others have done it before I commit to buying anything. My local mechanic is great and will install them for me, but I'm worried about getting the height right so they clear the whirlybirds etc. Has anyone got a description or pic of theirs that I can have a look at? Stolzseinrotts Posted May 6, 2011 Share Posted May 6, 2011 I have a cage / rack that runs the full length and width of the trailer. I had it made so that it maximises the storage area I have. It can be taken off if I want but I leave it on the trailer. I can get some pics if you wish but will have to wait until the weekend whn I have time to pull it out of the garage.
