Pretty Miss Emma Posted April 21, 2011 Author Share Posted April 21, 2011 Update... I at least have 2 happy dogs again!! Kenzie is very glad Emma is home! Emma of course does not understand what "rest" really means! But she is figuring out that if she does too much she gets tired quickly. Had her BGL tested again today and it is slowly coming down, this is very good and I will now just have to be a bit patient!! Hopefully in a months time we will be close to back to normal in both regards to the pneumonia and the diabetes! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
luvsdogs Posted April 21, 2011 Share Posted April 21, 2011 Glad to hear Emma is on the improve. Getting old is no fun for them or us. April my 1st BC was almost 15 when she passed. The last 6 mths were not easy. She had been deaf for quite some time, her eyesight was failing & she had dementia which was the hardest & saddest to deal with of them all. I had lost my best friend.
