yorkpark
Our dogs just love accorns and eat them after crunching. Do accorns in small amounts cause any difficulty with dogs health? has anyone ever had sickness with dogs eating these nuts?
dianed
Are you talking acorns that have fallen on the ground? My daughter has a big tree that drops acorns and her dogs will not eat them. She rakes them up and puts them in the bin. I wouldn't think it be good for them.
vetrg
Acorns in small dogs are just big enough to cuase an obstruction. In large quantities they are also toxic and can cause GI signs and renal failure. Best avoided.
