Im sure they will sell. Early days. I have homes for all of mine apart from one. All the others had been named and I felt sorry for the one that was left so I named her Annie and it sooooooooooooo suits her. I dont want to let her go. She just looks at me with those stunnings eyes and I just melt.

Fun household for you if you dont sell them!!

I had numerous applications but they tend to drop off over time. Different story if they were ready to go, but it's been a long wait and with 2 months to go i expect more will drop off too.

We had a more than enough applicants on our list to begin with and several others too since then but they are never sold till the money is exchanged.

I still haven't named ours, going to start looking through books today and hubby is going to help take photos of them so i will keep you all posted. My 5yr old saids to ame the boys Roary, roary the racing car. I think i have the one pup that names suits as he is very fast at getting to the teats fo a feed.

Hi all

well brittany decided to finally eat thank god, she is back to her normal self & back on the royal canin, no more rump steak lol. i think she was just soooo exhausted, most of the pups are doing well these 3 that i am gonna start topping up with substitute formula, going to get some today, I really didnt want too, i have tried putting the smaller ones on first & leaving them on mum for a good 1/2 hr before i put the others on, but doesnt seem to be helping to much, other them that all is good, I gave britt a bath yesterday & a nice massage & she loved it & looks like a polar bear.......

rebane . sorry to hear of your loss.....I agree cavalblaze first 2 weeks are so crutcial

Oh Rebane hugs to you. Very upsetting for you.

Cavalblaze- sounds like you have one name sorted!

Britt - glad she is getting back to her normal self. It does take a while for her body to adjust.

4 week check today for us, but I dont think they are going to fit on the scales!!!

Eyes are starting to open, how exciting they will be off and running about in no time.

I have names -

Jorja, was the runner up choice of our baby names when i had my daughters.

Revlon, because she has lipstick marks on both sides on her mouth.

Nitro, yellow collar boy with the white line down his back

Roary, white collar races for nipple every time

Meeko, black collar boy

Monty, Green collar (he is always exposing himself sleeping on his back) .

New owners will most likely change those names. Now for pedigree names....that's the too hard basket.

We lost one of the boys last night, couple hours before I came back to work, very unexpected.

So sorry to hear about your loss.

We had a midnight visit to the vet last night because of mastitis. It came on so quickly, she was fine at 8.30pm and was outside with the other two dogs, at 10.30pm she could hardly walk.

So after antibiotic, anti-inflammatory and pain relief she is still very, very sore. It was a fluke that yesterday morning I bought a cabbage. So hot and cold compresses, expressing her breast and cabbage leaves it is starting to feel a bit better.

Just as well puppies were started on solids and will lap up milk and formula and are sleeping through the night. Feel so sorry for Penny, she wants to get in with them, but just doesn't have the energy and is doing lots of sleeping. Poor baby :(

My little boy with the very short tail has some problems, he is bunny hopping and falls over, very hard to tell until they were more mobile, he is so beautiful and other than his being uncoordinated he is a regular puppy eating well and trying to play with the others BUT I think he will have to be put to sleep,

I am very emotional about this puppy ( love his determination and courage ) but I do have to think about his quality of life, he has become much stronger over the last few days but I don't think that is sufficient excuse to keep him going will take him to the vet tomorrow or Friday and see what he thinks.
