There Are Sheep Herding Dogs

The first one very much reminds me of one of our Dorper ewes, she used to act like that with Toby when she has lambs because she was protecting them, to me it does seem like the sheep is defending his terriroty rather then playing. If Icelandic sheep are similar to Dorpers they were quite a primative breed and more goat like in thier mannerisms as well as being a hair sheep.

Haha thats so cute! I don't think its being protective at all, looks like a pet sheep having fun. I used to work at a riding school that had a pet sheep - and he thought he was a dog too. :o
