tanteNdut
Congrats on the new addition!! I'm with Pet Insurance Australia, we're just about to claim our first vet bill but from the reviews that I read when we were shopping for an insurance it is one of the best
pixie_meg
We're with Pet insurance australia. We just made our first claim we had a $250 excess but we got everything else back. 3 vet visits for the one condition and a bill of over $1100. Yes ours jumped 100 for the year also...and we havent claimed yet...But thats ok. We are with PIA....I think no matter what whether it be human or animal all insurance policies jump to make up for claims made.lol shareholders have to be kept happy too.lol

CareyJ
Search in the General forum - there have been heaps of discussions on this. I cant speak more highly of PIA - they paid out our claim within 10 days - it was $7000 which was racked up over less than 2 weeks.
