SALUKIGGY
Can anyone suggest how to go about trying to find a foster mother for 4 orphaned Italian Greyhounds in Perth, WA? They are 4 days old, we have been hand feeding every 2 hours and happy to do this but would be thrilled if we could find a foster mother. Many, many thanks for any suggestions. Sandra777
Phone every vet you can. Phone the secretary of every breed club you can think of, the foster mum can be quite a lot bigger than the real mum at a pinch Phone every breeder you can think of Best of luck! Golden Rules
Oh dear No idea but call around a few vets maybe? They might know someone who can help? Best of luck! eta - SNAP Sandra! Edited March 22, 2011 by Golden Rules
SALUKIGGY
Thank you so much Sandra and Snap... we have called quite a few vets and the Canine Association, without any luck sadly. I'll start on the breeders/secretaries now, great suggestion. Cheers, Cathy

Crisovar
A mother cat may well take them on if you cannot get a dog, I have had a cat feed and clean small breed pups.
Staff'n'Toller
Put it on your facebook (or a friends if you don't have one) and ask all your friends to spread it. It'll go viral quickly. Edited March 22, 2011 by Staff'n'Toller
