Mrs Rusty Bucket Posted March 14, 2011 Share Posted March 14, 2011 I haven't had any problems either. I think if the skin is professionally tanned then it's good with quarantine. Ie the same deal as if you came back with a fur coat/leather coat or shoes from OS. It's the untanned skins on the african drums that get taken away and burnt. Quarantine always open the package (must send the sniffer dogs wild) , but I've never had anything seized. I think as long as it's treated it ok.
