6 Month Old With A Couple Of Small Problems.

We have a 6 month old puppy, we believe she is a shepperd x. We have a few issues we are worried about and are trying to fix her bahaviours now before it gets worst and will have to take her to a trainer.

She is naturally extremely talketive girl but when we take her to the park, she gets really excited and just wants to bark. we try to get her to pay attention to ask by doing tricks and getting rewards. This kind of works but it will take a while for her to settle. Once she is settled we will take her in to meet the other dogs and she is fine. Is what we are doing correct? or is there any other effective methods, that any one knows.

2nd is she is extremely bossy while playing fetch, when our other dog grabbs the ball she will bark at him untill he hands it over. nothing we have tried seemed to have worked any tips?
