Burnett Kennel Club Postpones Shows

The Burnett Kennel Club has received approval from Dogs Queensland to

ACCEPT FURTHER ENTRIES for the rescheduled shows on the 29 TH AND 30 TH OF

APRIL

WE WILL BE ACCEPTING FURTHER ENTRIES FOR ALL CLASSES

Entries to close 1 st APRIL, defiantly no late entries for this one

$9.00 per entry, $ 5.00 for Baby Puppy and all Sweepstakes

catalogues $3.00 Camping $8.00 per night

Please send in separate envelope from your entries for the Sunday show with

separate Cheque and mark envelope

EXTRA ENTRIES POSTPONED SHOWS

Shows this weekend are

Friday Night 29 th April > 5 PM start, rescheduled show from Saturday 15 th

January

Saturday Night 30 th April > rescheduled show from Sunday 16 th January

In place of the scheduled Open show, 5 PM start after the Kingaroy Ag Show

Then Sunday 1 st May > Scheduled Show for the Club as advertised in March

Dog world.

(Please note that the advertised Open Show will not be on this weekend)

This will give Keen exhibitors 4 Championship Shows within 40 Km on the one

weekend, and for the really keen there is Eidsvold Ag Show 190 Km north on

the Monday

Replacement Judges for the two International Judges will be Miss M Joyce

(Vic) Friday Night, Baby S/S Grp 1 & Gen Specs Saturday Night, Puppy S/S

Grps 2 & 3 and Mr T Syme (Vic) Friday Night, Puppy S/S Grps 2 & 6

Saturday Night, Baby S/S Grp 1 & Gen Specs these Judges have agreed to come

but are still to be approved by Dogs Queensland.

Mr & Mrs Comerford have indicated that they will be available

to complete their appointments as advertised for the January shows

After discussion with Dogs Queensland it has been decided that

Dogs that are now too old for the classes they were originally entered for

will be transferred to the respective age classes that they qualify for at

the date of these shows

It is also our intention to do the same with the sweepstake entries and if

required include a Junior Sweepstakes to cover any dogs who have become too

old for Puppy Sweepstakes

Any exhibitor requiring a refund of entries will be requested to send us a

stamped addressed envelope to P O Box 1074 Kingaroy 4610

with details of dogs to be withdrawn prior to 1 st April 2011

Refunds will be as per Rule 145

The club hopes that few exhibitors will take advantage of this offer as

after covering expenses the Club intends to donate the balance of entry

monies from the postponed shows to the Dogs Queensland Flood appeal.

THE CLUB RESERVES THE RIGHT TO APPOINT ADDITIONAL JUDGES SHOULD ENTRIES
