(As in, I got February's journal on around the 14th of Feb). try the December journal which arrived 2 days after the closing date of one of the shows in it. Imagine my shock and surprise when DogsSA March journal actually turned up on Monday - a day before the month had started Didn't know what to do with myself. (Prior to that we couldn't access the gazette, which we could for previous editions on the old website).
