I would say a 20cm, we use 25cm for Giant breeds. The longer the size length, the bigger the diameter. You do not want it to big that they can't get there mouth around it comfortably. I ordered the 25cm for Pele (Bull Terrier), but she is such a piggy and I was worried that she could try and swallow something smaller.
