africandreams
Hi all, I am looking at investing in a pair of singleside thinning shears. Has anyone used Chris Chirstensen and what was your opinion? They are for a Bernese, pants, neck, head etc
Ellie
Hi africandreams I have a pair of these, my friend bought them in the US for me when she was there late last year. I LOVE them, they are easy to use and the best scissors I've owned. I have Cockers, I just do a little bit at a time so as not to take out too much coat at once. They are very sharp and I've cut myself a few times. I can only speak from experience with my own breed, as I know nothing about the Bernese coat, but for me they do a great job.
