The Spotted Devil
I've just taken Em to 3 different parks, the vet (social visit) and 2 small shopping strips. We did retrieving, obedience, free run and meet 'n' greet. Wet and cold weekday and the parks were all deserted
Miss B
OK, definitely not near me (although at least it's the right side of town  ), I don't know what made me think you lived near me!? I must be imagining things! We were talking about obedience/agility clubs and I think the club I train at is near you? That might be what got you mixed up
minxy
We train inside the house, in the backyard, at our club and occasionally at parks and when we're out and about.

MrsD
Ahhhh, that must be why I was mixed up . For the OP, we have 2.5 acres so I can train where ever I want - & that is usually in the dining room, on the toilet or sitting in front of the TV . Toujour
Better keep those neighbours calm.I used to train at a local dog park. With a couple of other people so we all helped set up. Need to find a quiet park that is big althou you do get loose dogs joining in. Used Figtree dog park too. Weaved at the beach. At Port Kembla on top of the hill - great view. Now I brought a place backing onto empty land. And miles of playing fields. And the lake bike tracks. It is a pain but they do say to take it on the road. My instructor always used to encourage us to get out. Hmmm im amazed i havent ran into your lot i train sometimes at Port Kembla on hill 60 or in the fishermans bay area. The lake bike track is too busy with too many people and dogs passing by. My fav spot down here in the illawarra is on the soccer/soft ball fields behind the netball/basketball courts in Berkeley flat ground and so big that you can see people and their dogs coming from quite a distance. Normally very quite back there.
