I lost a dog to AIHA last year but we only delt with the vets at the emergency clinic. I am hoping to hear from anyone who has also had the unfortunate experience of having a dog with an auto immune disease, and knows of any specialists I could email? oakway Posted February 14, 2011 Share Posted February 14, 2011 I had a dog that I had to have PTS sleep because of this disease and it was thought to caused by over vaccination. I recommend the Yahoo Group CIMDA (Canine Immune Mediated Disease (A = something)) - it is UK based.
